Jump Street are a range of trampoline parks in  Essex. They wanted a video to explain and promote their new and exciting trampoline fitness classes.

The video was mostly cut to music to give it a fun and inspirational feel, a range of the exercises were shown to give people a real taste of the session. Interviews with the instructors and some of the participants were included to explain the benefits of this form of exercise.
